COVID Policy: To decrease the spread of COVID-19, All students are recommended to wear a face mask during your scheduled appointment time. EHE reserves the right to deny service to individuals that do not comply with our policies.
Cancellation Policy: Students are required to provide 24 hour notice of any appointment cancellation. With a 24 hour notice, students are able reschedule their appointment for a later date and time.
*Please note, It is the responsibility of the student to maintain their appointment confirmation email, in the event the student will need to reschedule their appointment. EHE will not be responsible for any missed communication of appointment date or time.*
Missed Appointment: No Call and No Show to a scheduled appointment will require the student to re-register and purchase a NEW appointment.
Late Arrivals: Students are allowed a 5 minute grace period to their scheduled appointment. Students that do not give notice to EHE and arrive after the 5 minute grace period, may be required to re-register and purchase a scheduled appointment time.
Refund Policy: Refunds may be issued upon request, as long as the course has not been initiated. Once the course and/or training has been initiated, all payments are final.
